No prorata
When you change plan, a new 30-day cycle starts today. Unused days on the previous cycle are not compensated.
Business peak overage
Overage € = max(peak Active − 100, 0) × €1.50 (Stage 1), on the next invoice or when leaving Business. Soft concurrent cap 150. Capacity resets to 100 each new cycle; overage does not roll forward. Optional foresight estimates are informational only — they do not replace the peak formula.
Grace on payment failure
Failed renewal may limit Activate / AI / overage immediately. After 3 days, Active units may auto-pause until payment is restored.
Grandfathering
New checkouts use current-stage prices. Existing subscribers keep their price until plan change or cancel+return. 14-day notice before public stage changes for new prices. No soft 12-month lock.

How does the Business overage actually work?
There's no silent charging and no surprise invoice. On Business, activating past 100 Active gives you +1 capacity and +2 generations immediately. We track your peak Active for the cycle and bill (peak − 100) × €1.50 on your next cycle. Capacity resets to 100 at the start of every new cycle, and you can go up to a soft cap of +50 above the included 100 before we stop you.
What happens to my price if you change the pricing later?
If we ever adjust list prices, new customers see the new numbers. If you're already on a plan, you keep your current price until you change plans yourself (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel and come back). We'll always email and show an in-app notice at least 14 days before any new pricing goes live for new signups.
What if my payment fails to renew?
You get a 3-day grace period to fix payment before your Active units are automatically paused. Nothing is deleted — just paused until you sort out billing.
Are AI generations available on paid plans now?
Not sold as an available feature yet. Paid plans reserve AI capacity for when generation goes live; we do not sell monthly gens as available today. Manual creative paths stay open without an AI gate.
Is there a Design Partner or custom price?
Any design-partner arrangement is a manual, founder-approved deal for early feedback partners — it's never a public self-serve price, and you won't find it listed on this page.
Do you prorate plan changes?
No. Changing plans starts a fresh 30-day billing cycle at the new price — we keep it simple rather than calculating partial-month credits.
